The EMT (who was initially given a 29 day suspension) was quoted as having said she PARKED on the next street, REFUSED to help because "you know how these families get." After the attention the news brought to the situation, she was FINALLY fired. Where is Al Sharpton? Why is the NATIONAL media not reporting this? Imagine is a white EMS person had refused CPR on a black baby. On so many levels, this is a huge symptom of everything wrong with America - starting with dividing us into groups/against each other, entitlement (I aint gotta DO that!). I truly hope the cops in Detroit park their car a block away from Ann Marie Thomas's house when she calls 911 to report the family of the dead baby trying to break down her door.
The only thing I take seriously is my Freedom. And Bacon.

The Truth About Police Brutality
This is a great video. I posted this thinking of my friends who are not in EMS or Law Enforcement. All my friends know is the news reports about the 1% of cops and not the 99% who are underpaid, overworked, rarely get good sleep, and bounce between people who hate them because they chose to make a difference and people who call them because they can't figure out how to work their remote control garage door opener.
